<p>कोटा. कोटा शहर में बुधवार दोपहर बाद अचानक मौसम बदला और शाम तक मूसलाधार बारिश हुई। दोपहर 3 से 5 बजे के बीच शहर में 55.6 मिमी (2 इंच से ज्यादा) बारिश दर्ज की गई। इससे तीन दिन से उमस से परेशान लोगों को राहत मिली। बारिश के कारण बोरखेड़ा बालाजी बगीची, ग्रामीण पुलिस लाइन, विज्ञान नगर, स्टेशन क्षेत्र समेत कई इलाकों में जलभराव हो गया। </p>

चौरई में खाद की मांग को लेकर कांग्रेस ने चक्काजाम कर प्रदर्शन किया। 

वहीं पांढुर्ना के मैनीखापा में निजी दुकान में कालाबाजारी की शिकायत पर विधायक समेत ग्रामीणों ने प्रदर्शन किया।

खाद के लिए बुजुर्ग किसान भी 50-50 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय कर रहे हैं।

कलेक्टर भी अपनी टीम के साथ हर दिन गोदामों का निरीक्षण कर रहे हैं।

<p>Ukraine&#8217;s parliament recently passed a new anti-corruption law. <p>The Gujarat Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) has arrested four terrorists linked to Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) in a major operation. This coordinated action, based on crucial intelligence, took place across Gujarat, Delhi, and Noida. The arrested terrorists have been identified as Mohammad Faiz (Delhi), Mohammad Fardeen (Ahmedabad), Saifullah Qureshi (Modasa, Gujarat), and Zishan Ali (Noida, Uttar Pradesh).</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Details of Operation Sindoor</h2>



<p>During the operation, the ATS recovered Al-Qaeda related literature, a sword, and documents related to “Operation Sindoor” from the terrorists. Operation Sindoor, mentioned in these documents, is linked to jihadist activities and propaganda against India. Deputy Inspector General of ATS, Sunil Joshi, stated that these terrorists were promoting AQIS ideology through social media and were actively involved in radicalising and recruiting youth.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Use of Auto-Delete Apps</h2>



<p>The investigation revealed that all four terrorists were connected through social media, particularly Instagram. Mohammad Faiz from Delhi was in contact with Pakistani Instagram accounts that provided him with jihadist material. To conceal their communication, the terrorists used auto-delete apps to ensure no trace of their messages remained. The ATS recovered jihadist, Gazwa-e-Hind, and anti-India propaganda material from their mobile phones.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Legal Proceedings</h2>



<p>A case has been registered against the arrested terrorists under sections 13, 18, 38, and 39 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), along with sections 113, 152, 196, and 68 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Fardeen and Saifullah have been remanded to 14 days of ATS custody, while Mohammad Faiz and Zishan Ali will be produced in court on Thursday. The ATS is now thoroughly investigating their network, funding, and foreign contacts.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vigilance of Security Agencies</h2>



<p>The ATS launched this operation after receiving a tip-off on June 10th about five suspicious Instagram accounts. The terrorists&#8217; activities were monitored through digital and physical surveillance. The ATS claims these terrorists were planning violent activities to overthrow democracy in India and establish Sharia law. This arrest is considered a major success in the ongoing anti-terrorism campaign in India. The ATS and central agencies are now investigating their international connections and searching for other potential suspects.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Statement by Saifullah&#8217;s Brother</h2>



<p>Saifullah&#8217;s brother, Ameen, expressed surprise at the arrest, stating that Saifullah worked at a furniture company and exhibited no suspicious behaviour. However, the ATS maintains they possess concrete evidence.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Rajasthan Platoon Commander Bharti: Educational Qualification and Age Limit</h2>



<p>The candidate must possess a graduation degree or equivalent qualification from the Government of India or a recognised university.<br>Retired ex-servicemen with the rank of Naib Subedar or higher are also eligible to apply.<br>Also, knowledge of the Hindi language in Devanagari script and an understanding of Rajasthan&#8217;s culture are essential.</p>

<p><strong>Jaipur:</strong> The state government is preparing to hold elections for Panchayati Raj institutions and urban bodies simultaneously in December this year. A ministerial subcommittee is preparing a report on the restructuring of these institutions for this purpose.</p>



<p>The report on restructuring, prepared by the ministerial subcommittee, will be submitted to Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma within the next 15-20 days. Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Avinash Gehlot gave this information after a subcommittee meeting on Tuesday.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Discussion on Objections and Suggestions</h2>



<p>He informed that the meeting discussed proposals, objections, and suggestions received from districts regarding the restructuring of Panchayats and Zila Parishads. Proposals related to the formation of new Panchayats and Panchayat Samitis are currently being finalised. After submitting the report to the Chief Minister, the final decision will be taken at his level.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tenure Ending This Year</h2>



<p>It is noteworthy that the tenure of Panchayati Raj institutions and urban bodies in the state is ending at the end of this year. Therefore, the government is seriously considering holding both elections simultaneously.</p>



<p>If this process is completed, it will facilitate coordinated administration and election conduct, reducing expenses. The government is trying to complete the restructuring process on time and submit the necessary information to the Election Commission so that the elections can be held on time.</p>

<p>RPSC Exam Date Calendar: According to the Rajasthan Public Service Commission&#8217;s recruitment calendar, 139 examinations will be held between August and December. 20 recruitment examinations have already been conducted between January and the first half of July. Three examinations will be held at the end of July.</p>



<p>In December, the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) released a recruitment calendar for 162 examinations. This included examinations from January to December. According to the calendar, 20 examinations were conducted from January to the first half of July. Now, on 29 July, the Assistant Fishery Development Officer examination and the Group Instructor-Surveyor-Apprenticeship examination will be held, along with the Vice Principal-Superintendent ITI examination from 30 July to 1 August.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Exam Dates Released for 5 Recruitments</h2>



<p>The Rajasthan Public Service Commission has released the examination dates for five different recruitments. Secretary Ramniwas Mehta stated that these recruitment examinations are proposed to be held from April to July 2026. These include:</p>



<p>Sub Inspector/Platoon Commander (1015 posts) examination &#8211; 5 April</p>



<p>Veterinary Officer (1100 posts), Assistant Agriculture Engineer (281 posts) &#8211; 19 April</p>



<p>Professor and Coach (3225 posts) &#8211; 31 May to 16 June</p>



<p>Senior Lecturer (6500 posts) &#8211; 12 to 18 July</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Three Recruitment Exams on 29 and 30 July</h2>



<p>The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC), Ajmer, is going to conduct three important recruitment examinations on 29 and 30 July 2025. These examinations are scheduled according to the commission&#8217;s pre-determined examination calendar. According to the information released by the commission, candidates will be able to download their admit cards from the official website three days before the examination. Two examinations will be held on 29 July—the first examination will be for the post of Assistant Fisheries Development Officer from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Following this, from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, the Group Instructor, Surveyor, and Assistant Apprenticeship Advisor Grade-II examination will be held. On 30 July, the examination related to the posts of Vice Principal and Superintendent ITI will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.</p>


<p>Government Jobs 2025-26: The Assistant Fishery Development Officer examination will be held on 29 July, and the Group Instructor-Surveyor-Apprenticeship examination will also be conducted. Further, the Vice-Principal-Superintendent ITI examination will be held from 30 July to 1 August.</p>

<p>Speaking at the post-match press conference on behalf of India, Sai Sudarshan stated that Pant was in considerable pain and had gone for a scan. He added, &#8220;We will know overnight, maybe we&#8217;ll get information tomorrow. Obviously, if he&#8217;s out, it will be a big miss because he was batting very well. If he doesn&#8217;t return, we will miss a batsman.&#8221;</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">England Cautious, but Acknowledges Pant&#8217;s Unlikely Return</h2>



<p>The England camp also seemed aware of the severity of the injury. Bowling all-rounder Liam Dawson, returning to Test cricket in this match, said in the press conference, &#8220;Hopefully, it won&#8217;t be too serious, but I don&#8217;t think he&#8217;ll be playing in this match anymore.&#8221; This means India will be a batsman short, which is certainly a significant advantage for the home team.</p>

<p><strong>Plane crashes in Russia:</strong> A civilian aircraft, an AN-24 twin turboprop, has crashed in Russia, resulting in the death of all 49 people on board. The aircraft was carrying 43 passengers and 6 crew members. The Angara Airlines plane was en route to the city of Tynda, near the Chinese border. The wreckage of the missing plane has been located.</p>



<p>The plane disappeared shortly before reaching its destination. Russian emergency services reported that the aircraft vanished from radar before reaching its intended destination. A search and rescue operation is underway. Russian officials stated that the area is largely covered by boreal forest, hindering rescue and recovery efforts.</p>
